Brittany Beaudreault
When members of the Uxbridge faculty reflect upon students
who are caring, friendly, polite, determined, and
self-motivated, Brittany Beaudreault’s name is always
mentioned. She is well known to her peers and the UHS
faculty as the “go-to” person who will never say “no” when
asked to help out. She has a wonderful way with people, as
evidenced this year in her achievement as top seller of
advertisements for the yearbook. Brittany has also found a
natural connection in dealing with the 14 – 22 year-old
population in the Life Skills Program at UHS. Her compassion
and patience with people is a asset to our community.
Brittany is a hard worker. Academically, she challenges
herself and enjoys the courses she is taking. She has great
organization skills that have assisted her in overcoming
classroom difficulties to become a responsible and
educationally sound student. Brittany is a true role model
to her peers and continues to strive to improve herself and
expand her horizons. She is genuinely concerned about her
friends and is dedicated to helping others.
Christopher Welch
Chris Welch has been an essential component of the Uxbridge
High School community since his arrival four years ago. His
respectful, responsible, and dependable qualities and
unassuming demeanor draw admiration from friends, peers, and
faculty. His involvement in the community spans working as a
volunteer coach at the Uxbridge Baseball Association Annual
Camp/Clinic since 2005 and acting as a volunteer leader at
Vacation Bible School sponsored by Saint Mary’s Church since
2004. Chris’ involvement in athletics has been a constant
while at UHS. As a member of the varsity football, baseball,
and golf teams, Chris’ athleticism, leadership, and
persistence has afforded him numerous successes and much
respect from his peers and opponents. Chris also has a
passion for fishing – at any time of the year! “Reeling” in
kudos for his responsible, genuine work ethic, Chris has
“netted” a solid A- average and achieved Honor Roll status
every semester. He is well liked and esteemed by all his
“chums,” classmates, and staff. Additionally, his
down-to-earth personality “hooks” us all.
