We add two extra

and cleanliness.
Nothing happens in our kitchens until those two crucial
ingredients are in place. Our food service staff have
received training in sanitation and safety practices. In
fact, 85% of our staff is Servsafe certified, which far
surpasses the (1) per kitchen required by the food
regulations. We do this so your kids can enjoy convenient,
economical, and healthy School Meals. And so you can enjoy
peace of mind.
