All students interested in participating in interscholastic athletics at the Whitin School need to submit a medical form and interscholastic agreement form before or on the 1st day of practice. Forms are available at the Whitin School main office. An athletic fee of $75.00 (check only) made out to Uxbridge Public Schools is also due at this time.
