Photo Opt
Dear Taft Families,
During the school year, pictures and video are sometimes taken at school to showcase student achievement or promote school events. Photos may be used on Parent Square updates, the district website, official Uxbridge School Department social media pages or newspaper/magazine articles.
If you do not want your child to be photographed at Taft during school hours please fill out this form. If you are the parent/guardian of more than one Taft student, and do not want your children photographed during school events, please fill out a separate form for each student.
