Some of our systems have been restored at UHS. Thanks to the quick work of our tech team, we were able to isolate a couple of the problems and begin troubleshooting. However, because the fixes are not necessarily immediate or permanent, there is the likelihood that we some outages will persist throughout the day. When our systems are compromised due to server or power failure, the impact is seen in internet, bells, and phone capabilities. We do have technicians en route.
As far as today, we realize that some families may have been expecting a virtual conference for parent-teacher conferences this afternoon. If that happens to be the case, and the login does not work, simply reach out to the teacher to reschedule for an alternate time. We certainly did not anticipate this problem, and we are working quickly to find a resolution.
