If your child suffers a concussion please notify the Nurse's Office as soon as possible. Once we receive notification of a concussion we can begin the process of recovery with the student. We can design classroom accommodations for the student as well a recovery care plan and return to play.

In order for an athlete to return to play after a concussion the 'Post Sports-Related Head Injury Medical Clearance and Authorization Form' must be completed by the athlete's physician. This is in accordance with the  
Massachusetts Concussion Law.
