English Language Arts in grade seven will be challenging but rewarding. Teachers will work to create a classroom which enhances academic learning, self-esteem, respect, and the essential skills students will need in the future. Students will be responsible for writing assignments, oral presentations, cooperative learning activities, various research assignments, and homework. Vocabulary tests are given on a weekly basis. Literature tests are usually given at the end of a unit or at selected intervals in longer works. Extra help is available, and we encourage all students to ask for assistance.
