    Uxbridge High School is a public, comprehensive school with grades eight through twelve. It is accredited by the New England Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and the Massachusetts Department of Education. Uxbridge High School has been nationally recognized for its career pathway programs, which merge industry-recognized credentials and technical training with academic and co-currcular work, which has resulted in improved graduation rates, attendance, and academic performance.
     
    The current building for UHS was opened in September of 2011 and is listed by the Massachusetts School Building Authority as a model school. 
     
    UHS is a member of the National Consortium of Secondary STEM Schools and is the first New England affiliate program of the nationally-recognized CAPS Network.
     
    UHS has approximately 90 staff members, including educators, counselors, paraprofessionals, cafeteria workers, and support staff.
