SEASON START DATES (Note, tryouts are the first 2 days of each season). Please contact the Director of Athletics with any questions.
FALL: Typically begins mid-August. (Fall 2025: UHS: Football Aug 15th, rest of sports Aug 18th. WHITIN: Level III Football Aug 18th, Field Hockey Aug 25th & Cross Country the 1st day of school.)
WINTER: Typically begins last week November/first week of December. Winter 2024-25: UHS: all sports begin Dec 2nd. Basketball will practice and compete over the December and February vacation breaks. Cheer will have practices at the beginning and end of December break & practices/competitions throughout February break. Track & Field will practice throughout the December break. WHITIN: Basketball begins Dec 2nd. No practices or games during vacation periods.)
SPRING: Typically begins in mid-March. (Spring 2025: UHS: all sports begin March 17th. Baseball & Softball will compete and practice over April vacation. WHITIN: Softball & Baseball begin March 19th. Outdoor Track & Field March 31st.)
