A few updates from UHS:

Governor Healey's Youth Council

The youth council is seeking nominees. Information is on the flyer below. It is limited to students who are at least 16, and members serve a two-year term.

We have a new edition of our UHS podcast. We discuss some of the great things happening at UHS and try to remind folks about all the good, despite some of the dissonance registering in town and with respect to education in general. The podcast can be heard at this link.

Homecoming Week

Many thanks to Ms. Bernard and the Student Council for an awesome Homecoming Week. We are looking forward to the games this weekend despite some wet conditions and looking forward to our students as they enjoy the Homecoming Dance. It's great to have everyone together and see so many awesome displays of school spirit!

Progress Report Grades

Mid-term grades and progress reports will be issued in the coming days. While we do not have parent-teacher conferences until November, if families have particular concerns that they feel would be important for the school to know, reach out directly to teachers or the school counseling office.

Have a great weekend, and go Spartans!
